CARROT ORANGE SMOOTHIE RECIPE

12g of carbohydrates (simple sugars) per 15cl glass

INGREDIENTS

 

  • orange About 30cl: 10g of simple carbohydrates for 10cl
  • 6 large carrot Either 30cl juice: 6g carbohydrates to simple sugars 10cl
  • 1/2 lemon
